This is the opening inspection for the season. No violations noted. The water heater at the small tiki bar is not working at this time. The menu for this establishment includes only beer, mixed drinks and bottled drinks. No food is stored or prepared in this area. Chemically treated hand wipes must be used instead of hand washing. The hot water is to be restored before Friday's concert. Hot water is available for hand washing at the main bar. Soap and paper towels must be available for hand washing at the hand sinks. Hot water was restored before the end of the inspection.
