  • 1600 - The dishmachine was soiled with some food debris build-up and pink mold was found on the curtains of the dishmachine. The sprayer arms were clogged with debris.
  • 1150 - The glass door reach-in unit and the small refrigerator at the bar had rusted and pitted surfaces.
