1770 C - Found lots of debris inside the conveyor type high temperature dishwashing machine. Clean out debris from inside the dish machine.

Found a conveyor type dishwashing machine outside. To check hand sink requirement at office. It was installed recently, shortly after the first season/year opener inspection. All critical violations to be corrected within 10 days, while all other non-critical to be done within 30 days.
