  • OBSERVED UNAPPROVED BEVERAGE CONTAINER IN DISHWASHING AREA DURING INSPECTION.
  • PROVIDE TIGHT FITTING, SELF CLOSING TOILET ROOM DOOR FOR EMPLOYEE RESTROOM. OBSERVED DOOR OPEN DURING INSPECTION.
  • REMOVE DOMESTIC FOOD PROCESSOR FROM ESTABLISHMENT. IF REPLACED, AN NSF UNIT MUST BE PROVIDED.
  • REPAIR DISH MACHINE SO THAT THE FINAL RINSE IS AT LEAST 180 DEGREES F. AS DISCUSSED, THE THREE COMPARTMENT SINK MUST BE USED UNTIL MACHINE REPAIRED. RECEIVED PHONE CALL FROM EST. IN PM ON 3/18 INDICATING THAT MACHINE HAS BEEN SERVICED BY ECOLAB.

  • STORE OPEN PACKAGES OF FOOD IN INSECT PROOF CONTAINER. OBSERVED OPEN BAGS OF BREAD CRUMBS AND WILD RICE IN DRY STORAGE ROOM. PLASTIC CONTAINERS WITH TIGHT FITTING LIDS ARE INSECT PROOF CONTAINERS.
