  • DISCONTINUE SCOOPING ICE NEAR DRIVE THRU WITH BEVERAGE CONTAINERS. ICE SCOOP MUST BE USED AND SCOOP MUST BE STORED WITHIN CLEAN/SANITIZED CONTAINER OR WITHIN BIN WITH HANDLE NOT IN CONTACT WITH ICE. CORRECTED ON SITE
  • POST COPY OF THE STATE OF MN CERTIFIED FOOD MANAGER CERTIFICATE WITHIN ESTABLISHMENT.
  • PREP SINK WAS CLEANED DURING INSPECTION, HOWEVER WAS STILL DIRTY AFTER CLEANING. AS DISCUSSED, USE COLANDER OR OTHER CONTAINER WHEN WASHING PRODUCE SO PRODUCE IS NOT IN DIRECT CONTACT WITH SINK. SINK IS VERY DIFFICULT TO MAINTAIN CLEAN.
  • PROVIDE COVER OVER ICE BIN NEAR DRIVE THRU AREA.
  • PROVIDE EFFECTIVE SHIELDING OVER LIGHT BULBS THROUGHOUT KITCHEN AREA.
  • REMOVE DAMAGED SEAL BEHIND FOUR COMPARTMENT SINK, CLEAN AND SANITIZE, SECURE FOUR COMPARTMENT TO WALL, AND PROVIDE NEW SILICONE SEAL.
  • REPLACE DAMAGED GASKETS FOR FRONT SERVICE AREA REACH IN REFRIGERATION UNIT.
