  • DISCONTINUE STORING PERSONAL ITEMS (POPCORN, COATS, ETC.) IN DRY STORAGE AREAS. THESE ITEMS MUST BE STORED IN LOCKERS OR OTHER SUITABLE AREAS AWAY FROM FOOD/EQUIPMENT/STORAGE ITEMS.
  • FOOD EMPLOYEES MUST WEAR HAIR RESTRAINTS. CORRECTED ON SITE
  • MAINTAIN EMPLOYEE ILLNESS LOG. CURRENTLY NO ILLNESS LOG IS BEING MAINTAINED. TEMPLATE LOG LEFT WITH ESTABLISHMENT DURING INSPECTION.
  • OBSERVED 0 PPM CHLORINE AT BEGINNING OF INSPECTION, 200 PPM CHLORINE AT END OF INSPECTION. CORRECTED ON SITE
  • OBSERVED WET WIPING CLOTH ON TOP OF REAR HANDWASHING SINK TOWEL DISPENSER. WET WIPING CLOTHS MUST BE STORED IN SANITIZER BUCKETS.
  • PROVIDE SELF CLOSING DEVICE ON EMPLOYEE RESTROOM DOOR.
  • PROVIDE SUFFICIENT LIGHTING WITHIN WALK IN. EXISTING LIGHTING DOES NOT MEET THE MINIMUM FOOD CODE REQUIREMENT.
  • PROVIDE WALL/CEILING PANELS IN TRACKS ABOVE WALK IN REFRIGERATION UNIT. OBSERVED PANELS NOT IN TRACKS OR MISSING DURING INSPECTION.
  • REMOVE ALL WOOD CABINETRY AND DAMAGED LAMINATE CABINETRY THROUGHOUT FRONT SERVICE AREA. IF REPLACED, NSF STAINLESS STEEL CABINETRY MUST BE PROVIDED. SUBMIT PLANS PRIOR TO INSTALLATION.
  • REMOVE ANY UNUSED PIECES OF EQUIPMENT FROM ESTABLISHMENT. OBSERVED HOBART MACHINE IN REAR OF KITCHEN THAT IS NO LONGER USED.
  • REMOVE DAMAGED SEAL BEHIND THREE COMPARTMENT SINK, CLEAN/SANITIZE, AND PROVIDE NEW SILICONE SEAL.
  • REMOVE DAMAGED STAINLESS STEEL PREP TABLE WITHIN KITCHEN AREA. IF REPLACED, AN NSF TABLE IN NEW/EXCELLENT CONDITION MUST BE PROVIDED.
  • REPAIR SPRAY ARM ON THREE COMPARTMENT SINK SO THAT NOZZLE HANGS ABOVE SPILL RIM OF SINK.
  • REPLACE ANY DAMAGED OR ALTERED FRP PANELING THROUGHOUT THE ESTABLISHMENT.
  • REPLACE UNAPPROVED VCT FLOORING THROUGHOUT THE KITCHEN AREA FRONT SERVICE AREAS. AS DISCUSSED, QUARRY TILE FLOORING AND INTEGRALLY INSTALLED QUARRY BASE IS APPROVED. SUBMIT PLANS PRIOR TO INSTALLATION.
  • SECURE LOOSE FRP ON WALL IN WALK WAY BETWEEN FRONT SERVICE AREA AND REAR KITCHEN.
  • SECURE REAR HAND SINK TO WALL AND REAPPLY SILICONE SEAL BETWEEN SINK/WALL JUNCTURE.
