    The under counter cooler with whipped cream at the front counter is not clean inside. Operator instructed to remove the racks and clean the cooler inside to remove grime and small bits of food debris. Please read below:

    Racks in the walk in cooler need cleaning to remove small bits of dust and grime. Racks in the dry storage also show bits of old grime and stuck on residues.

    The pre-wash sprayer faucet and wand are leaking cold water and need repair.
