    ladles and utensils observed greasy and sticky at a food prep station. The utensils were not in use. Operator sent everything to the three compartment sink. One reach in cooler needs deep cleaning in corners and cracks to remove old food debris. Operator began the process of using a three step method to clean these items.

    The walk in cooler racks show food debris build up. Please clean and maintain. This was a problem on the last inspection.
