Observed a bandaide used on the refrigerator door and tape on a knife handle. These are no longer easily cleanable. When items are repaired they must be done so in a mannor that makes them easily cleanable.

Observed the floor peeling at the entry way and at the end of the cabinets. Also observed a cracked floor tile. These areas are no longer easily cleanable.
- Information: Cold Food Temperatures. Temperature of 41°F(5°C) or colder is required. Based on thermometer accuracy, two degrees F or one degree C tolerance is given.
Cooler: 40 F Freezers: Frozen
- Information: Hot Food Temperatures 135°F or (59°C) or warmer required. Two degrees, 2°F (1°C), of tolerance is given based on thermometer accuracy.
No hot holding at time of the inspection.
