Ensure the meat slicer is being cleaned on a regular basis with the three step process like all other food contact surfaces. CORRECTION: Employee began washing, rinsing and sanitizing meat slicer.

Observed multiple containers of cooked means, beans, and rice in the reach in without dates. The operator stated that some were made 2 days prior while others were removed from the refrigerator at that time. Ensure all ready to eat food is properly dated with the day these items are made or the day they are removed from the freezer. CORRECTION: Dated during the inspection with the date they were made.
