    There was a small dog in the facility upon arrival. The dog was not a service animal. **CORRECTION** The dog was removed from the facility upon request.

    Observed sealed containers of humus and potato salad stored on the floor in the walk-in cooler. Observed an opened bag of pretzels in the dry storage room. **CORRECTION** Foods were placed on a shelf and otherwise protected during the inspected.
  • Rule Violation and Requirement: VIOLATION OF SECTION 4-302.14 *PRIORITY FOUNDATION* A test kit is not provided or is not accurate enough to measure the concentration of sanitizing solutions, specifically:
    The facility has chlorine test strips for the dish machine. However, there is no test kit available for the sanitizer used to clean the growler tubes. **Please provide an accurate, accessible test kit to test the chemicals used for sanitizers as noted below. Owner ordered a test kit during the inspection.
