Also, the employee who picked the utensil off the floor was directed to wash hands during inspection.

    Cooked chicken and tofu were stored on the counter at room temperature and they temped at 64F and 53F respectively. Person in charge stated that they use time lieu of temperature and have written time-marking procedure, but the foods were not time-marked. Correction: Person in charge discarded these foods during inspection.
  • Information: *PRIORITY AND PRIORITY FOUNDATION ITEMS*  All items that are marked *priority* or *priority foundation* must be corrected IMMEDIATELY or have an approved alternative procedure in place which must be corrected within 14 days of the designated time period.     1) Bean sprouts in ice bath are not adequately iced and sprouts temped at 53F 2) Temperature of half & half milk in bar area refrigerator is at 50F. Correction: Person in charge discarded the milk and added more ice to sprouts during inspection.

    Observed unlabeled chemical bottle in the bar area. Correction: One of the food workers labeled the bottle during inspection.
