General Comments that relate to this Inspection Hand sink installed and properly stocked. Quat sanitizer used at 3 compartment sink and at sanitizer bucket. Quat test strips availble.Bathrooms observed clean and stocked. Alcohol warning posted as required.Ice machine observed clean and maintained once a month. This health permit will be assigned a risk category 2 snack bar. Deli trays such as meat and cheese trays. All food is prepped on site. Wine manager has taken ServSafe course and awaiting test results. Please have Drew Craib bring his ServSafe test results(certificate); a picture ID and $24.00 to Washoe County Health located at 1001 E Ninth Street in Reno. Environmental Health services is upstairs located at Building B at the Washoe County Complex. A routine inspection will be conducted within 90 days. This inspection will be unnanounced. Please post both health permit once received via USPS and Washoe County Certified Food Manager's Certificate on site in a conspicous spot. OK to issue health permit and OK to operate.
