In general; non food contact surfaces need cleaning. Holes were wastebaskets are need attention; as well as many of the general surfaces within the kitchen area and display case; and outside of stand up refrigeration. The facility was busy; but the level of cleaning could improve during operations to help reduce the potential for cross contamination.

Filtered water drain area was not draining correctly. Standing water in drain area appeared to have been sitting for awhile. Repair drain line so that equipment properly drains.
