1. Dust is accumulating on the ceiling vent in the kitchen production area.
2. Floor is soiled by the damaged products area, in the walk-in cooler under the 1-gallon water bottles and fountain syrup area.
(A) The PHYSICAL FACILITIES shall be cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean.
(B) Cleaning shall be done during periods when the least amount of FOOD is exposed such
as after closing. This requirement does not apply to cleaning that is necessary due to a
