Received $110.00 cash for the temporary restaurant license. This is a push hot dog cart, that will be at the 4th of July celebration and the
Men. Falls Farmers Market.
The cart has a 3 compartment sink, with a gravity flow water unit and a heater for hot water.
Towels and a soap dispenser are provided.
Steamer table keeps hot dogs hot at 135 f or above . They use a self draining igloo cooler with ice packs to keep hot dogs cold at 41 f or
below.
Gloves are used when handling ready to eat foods
