Observed dish washer wearing gloves and handling dirty dishes. The dishwasher then handled clean dishes with the same pair of gloves on. Single use gloves can only be used for one task. When changing from dirty dishes to clean dishes and wearing gloves, food employees must dispose of gloves, properly wash their hands, and put a new pair of gloves on. , Corrected: The PIC informed the dish washer that when switching tasks from dirty dishes to clean dishes the dish washer must dispose of soiled gloves, properly wash their hands, and put a clean pair of gloves on. Observed dish washer remove soiled gloves from handling dirty dishes, properly wash their hands, and put a new pair of gloves on to handle the clean dishes.
