    Observed at time of inspection ham, chicken, cut lettuce, cheese, eggs, cut melon tempting at 49-55 F. All ready to eat potentially hazardous cold food shall be held at 41 F or below. Food had been on the line for approximately an hour and a half to two hours. Correct by discarding any potentially hazardous cold food that has been out of temperature for more then 4 hours and repair/relace prep cooler so it hold potentially hazardous cold food at 41 F or below. A follow up will occur in about 10 days.,
