    Observed at time of inspection head sanitizing dishwasher was unable to change irriverislbe thermometer strip. Correct by repairing dishwasher so the surface of plates and utensils are reaching 160 . Dishwasher may not have been on long enough to heat water to correct temperature. Correct immedialty a follow up will occur in about 10 days.,
