- THE CONCENTRATION OF CHLORINE SANITIZER IN THE 3 COMPARTMENT SINK WAS MEASURED AT APPROXIMATELY 200 PPM. A CHLORINE SANITIZER SHALL HAVE A CONCENTRATION BETWEEN 50 - 100 PPM. AT THE TIME OF INSPECTION, THE CONCENTRATION WAS READJUSTED TO 50 - 100 PPM. THE VIOLATION WAS CONSIDERED CORRECTED IMMEDIATELY. COMMENTS: CHLORINE TEST STRIPS WERE OBSERVED ONSITE.
