Corrected at time of inspection hose was removed from the Y splitter so that it no longer sits in the drain bowel- air gap provided. It is recommended that a new hose bibb atmospheric vacuum breaker be installed down stream of shut off valve on green hose side of the Y splitter. Corrected.,
