    The single door in rail cooler was at 48f and the cheese was at 51f and the bacon bits were at 49f. Potentially hazardous food shall be stored under 41f. Toxin production or bacterial growth may occur if phf is stored in the temperature danger zone( 41f-135f) for more than four hours. Discard all the phf that is above 41f and stored for more than 4 hours in this cooler. A follow up inspection will be conducted with in 10 days., The cooler was at 32f and the hot dogs were at 30f. The thermostat was turned up accidental. Violation had been corrected.
