- AT THE TIME OF INSPECTION, THE OUTER BEER NOZZLE HOLDER HAD BE RE CONNECTED TO ITS DRAIN TUBE. AN AIR GAP OF AT LEAST 1 INCH WAS PRESENT BETWEEN THE END OF THIS TUBE AND THE RIM OF THE FLOOR DRAIN BELOW. THE AIR GAP WAS CREATED BY SECURING THIS DRAIN LINE TO THE SUPPORT LEGS OF THE ICE BIN WITH A ZIP TIE. THE VIOLATION IS NOW CONSIDERED CORRECTED.
