THE PHYSICAL FACILITY MUST BE MAINTAINED IN GOOD REPAIR WITH SURFACES THAT ARE SMOOTH AND EASILY CLEANABLE. RE-GROUT THE FLOOR TILES TO PROVIDE A FLOOR SURFACES THAT DOES NOT ALLOW WATER AND FOOD DEBRIS TO COLLECT.
