- THE SINGLE DOOR REACH IN DISPLAY COOLER WAS AT 43.7F AND NO POTENTIALLY HAZARDOUS FOOD WAS STORED IN THE COOLER. AT THE TIME OF INSPECTION THE TEMPERATURE WAS LOWERED AND IT WAS AT 41F. VIOLATION WAS CORRECTED AT THE TIME OF INSPECTION.

(B) EQUIPMENT components such as doors, seals, hinges, fasteners, and kick plates shall be kept intact, tight, and adjusted in accordance with manufacturer's specifications.
