Correction: Provide a consumer advisory for animal foods served in a raw or undercooked condition. Consumer advisory shall be included in the menu or it may be posted as a sign or table tent that is located in a conspicuous location.

Observation: No thermometer is present for monitoring temperatures in thin mass foods.
Correction: Provide a thermometer capable of taking temperatures in thin mass food items. Thermometer shall read temperatures from 0-220 degrees F.

Correction: Provide single-use toweling at handwashing sink to facilitate proper handwashing. Hands shall not be dried on cloth towels.

Observation: Pretzel mix stored in the employee restroom is subject to contamination.
Correction: Remove food items from this area to an area not subject to contamination. Food items and single service items shall not be stored in toilet rooms/restrooms.

Observation: The plumbing system is not maintained in good repair. There is a leak at the 3-compartment sink faucet.
Correction: The plumbing system shall be maintained in good repair. Repair or replace defective or leaking plumbing. Hot and cold running water shall be available at all times to facilitate proper handwashing and dishwashing. Turning hot water valve on and off as needed is not sufficient.
