  • WIPING CLOTHS - USE LIMITATION - CLOTHS FOR WIPING COUNTERS STORED IN SANITIZER
    Observation: Wiping cloth used for wiping counters stored on food prep areas and counter tops.
    Correction: Cloths used for wiping counters shall be stored in a sanitizing solution.
  • INSECTS AND RODENTS - OUTER OPENINGS PROTECTED
    Observation: There is a hole or gap in the back kitchen door which could allow the entrance of insects.
    Correction: Repair this hole or gap so that entrance by insects into the food establishment is prevented.
