Observation: Turkey, corn dog, cole slaw in Continental 2 door prep top cooler near fryers are cold held at 55, 53, 52°F, respectively.
Correction: Maintain cold potentially hazardous foods at or below 41°F. Corrected during inspection. Foods were relocated to walk in cooler. Prep top cooler will be repaired.

Observation: No single-use toweling or other hand drying device available at handwashing sink (located near dishwashing sink) for hand drying.
Correction: Provide single-use toweling or other approved devices at handwashing sink to facilitate proper handwashing. Corrected during inspection. Operator provided paper towels.
- WIPING CLOTHS - USE LIMITATION - CLOTHS FOR WIPING COUNTERS STORED IN SANITIZER (corrected on site)
Observation: Wiping cloth used for wiping counters stored on cutting boards and prep surfaces..
Correction: Cloths used for wiping counters shall be stored in a sanitizing solution. Corrected during inspection. Operators prepared sanitizer buckets and placed towels in buckets.
- THERMOMETERS - FUNCTIONALITY - INTEGRAL OR PERMANENTLY AFFIXED MEASURING DEVICE
Observation: Prep top coolers are not equipped with an integral or permanently affixed temperature measuring devices (thermometers) that are capable of monitoring temperatures below 50 degrees F.
Correction: Provide thermometers in coolers that are able to properly monitor cold temperatures. Equipment used for hot and cold holding shall be designed to include and shall be equipped with at least one integral or permanently affixed temperature measuring device.
- EQUIPMENT AND UTENSILS - GOOD REPAIR
Observation: Continenetal 2 door prep top cooler near fryers is not maintained in good repair. Ambient air temperature is 57 degrees F.
Correction: Repair equipment to good condition or remove from premise. Do not use this cooler until temperatures of 41 degrees F or below are maintained.
