Correction: Before working with food, clean equipment, utensils, and single-use or single service articles food employees shall properly wash their hands.

Observation: The test solution was not up to acceptable concentration but was corrected during visit. There are not test strips to test sanitizer concentration.
Correction: Provide a test kit or other device for measuring the concentration of sanitizing solution. Test water frequently to make sure it is at the appropriate concentration.
