Correction: Adjust methods or procedures to facilitate cooling as described in 3-501.15.

Correction: Provide a test kit or other device for measuring the concentration of sanitizing solutions.

Observation: Water to handwashing sink in rear food prep area is not under pressure in which no hot or cold water is provided.
Correction: Provide water under pressure to all fixtures, equipment, and nonfood equipment in the facility.
