    Correction: Reorganize storage so that ready-to-eat foods are stored above raw animal food and raw vegetables. Discard ready-to-eat foods that show evidence of contamination.

    Observation: Raw shell eggs, cooked ham and cut lettuce in cooler #3 are all cold held at a temperature greater than 41°F.
    Correction: Maintain cold potentially hazardous foods at or below 41°F. Shell eggs discarded. Ham and lettuce moved to the walk in cooler.
  • WIPING CLOTHS - USE LIMITATION - CLOTHS FOR WIPING COUNTERS STORED IN SANITIZER (corrected on site)
    Observation: Wiping cloths stored in a sanitizing solution at 0 PPM.
    Correction: Cloths used for wiping counters shall be stored in a sanitizing solution maintained at the proper concentration.

    Observation: The bottom of the cabinet under the customer soda dispenser is water damaged and is not easy to clean.
    Correction: Repair the bottom of these cabinets so that they are smooth and easy to clean.
