Observation: Utensils in manual warewashing operation are not exposed to the bleach sanitizer in the appropriate manner.
Correction: Adjust warewashing operation procedures to wash, rinse, sanitize, air dry order to assure utensils are properly exposed to the chemical sanitizer solution.

Observation: A chlorine test kit is not available for checking sanitizer concentrations.
Correction: Provide a test kit or other device for measuring the concentration of sanitizing solutions.

Observation: Ice machine needs to be cleaned, black growth along edges on upper plastic interior apparatus. Soda dispenser needs to be cleaned.
Correction: Clean and maintain food contact surfaces in a clean condition.

Observation: Soap not available at food employee handwashing sink.
Correction: Provide hand soap at handwashing sink to facilitate proper handwashing.
- FLOORS, WALLS AND CEILINGS - CLEANABILITY
Observation: The floor next to the exit door in the pool table area is missing tile underneath the floor mat.
Correction: Provide floors, walls, and ceilings that are designed, constructed, and installed so they are smooth and easily cleanable by replacing missing tiles.
