Observation: A connection exists between the sewage system and a drains from the ice bins. Currently observed there is an air break.
Correction: Design the system in a manner that would preclude a connection between the sewage system and the drains. Remove the connection with a proper air gap. Ensure the ice machine has a proper air gap as well. Correct By: 26-Jun-2015

Observation: Onions were observed stored on the floor in the back dry storage area. Variety of meat products and stuffing were observed stored on the floor in the walk-in cooler.

Observation: The bacon bits and croutons are available in uncovered containers and not protected from contamination in consumer self-service area.

Observation: The seal on the walk-in cooler is peeling away from the door. A food scraper was found during the inspection that was peeling apart and no longer easily cleanable.
Correction: Discard or fix items that are not: corrosion resistant, durable, able to withstand repeated warewashing, smooth, easily cleaning, nonabsorbent, and resistant to pitting, scratching, scoring or decomposition. Correct By: 26-Jun-2015

Observation: Clean utensils are being stored or stacked without being air-dried. Observed clear food bins and customer drink cups stacked wet.
