HANDWASHING SINKS, INSTALLATION - WATER TEMPERATURE Observation: Upon arrival the temperature at the handwash sink was below 85 degrees F.
Correction: Water temperature at a handwashing sink shall be at least 85°F and no more than 110°F. A new dish washing system has been installed and the hot water heater is not able to keep up with the demand. Operator stated he has gotten bids for work to correct the problem. Water will be provided at a temperature not greater than 120 degrees to employee hand wash sink and restrooms while hotter water will be available at the dish washing area. Correct By: 30-Oct-2014
TOXIC SUBSTANCES - IDENTIFYING INFORMATION, PROMINENCE - COMMON NAME-WORKING CONTAINER Observation: Working containers of cleaners not labeled with contents, some are labeled, some you can see the faded label ands some containers had no visible label.
