    Observation: All refrigeration units did not have thermometers installed.
    Correction: Equipment used for hot and cold holding shall be designed to include and shall be equipped with at least one integral or permanently affixed temperature measuring device. Correct By: 10-Apr-2015
  • PLUMBING - SERVICE SINK
    Observation: There is no service sink provided in food establishment.
    Correction: Provide at least 1 service sink or curbed cleaning facility. Correct By: 30-Apr-2015
  • LIGHT BULBS - PROTECTIVE SHIELDING
    Observation: The light shield above and near the ice machine was not a shatter resistant type. The light shields in the kitchen are missing the end caps.
    Correction: Provide shielded, coated, or otherwise shatter resistant light bulbs and provide the end caps for the plastic sleeves on the kitchen bulb sleeves. Correct By: 10-Apr-2015
