Correction: Provide & post an original State of Wisconsin food manager's certificate. Manager is goign to the class next week.

Observation: Soap not available at food employee handwashing sink at bar.
Correction: Move the hand soap to the bar handwashing sink to facilitate proper handwashing.

Observation: No single-use toweling or other hand drying device available at bar handwashing sink for hand drying.
Correction: Move single-use toweling or other approved devices to bar handwashing sink to facilitate proper handwashing.
- CERTIFIED FOOD MANAGER – REQUIREMENT
Observation: There is no Wisconsin Certified Food Manager for this establishment.
Correction: Provide a Wisconsin Certified Food Manager and post the state certificate in the food establishment with-in 3 months. Class is taken and passed no State certificate. Application will be e-mailed with report.
