Observation: There are ready-to-eat lemons and limes stored under raw shelled eggs in the walk-in cooler. Lettuce and fish were observed under raw hamburger in the walk-in cooler.
Correction: Reorganize storage so that ready-to-eat foods are stored above raw animal food and raw vegetables. Discard ready-to-eat foods that show evidence of contamination. Shelled eggs and raw hamburger were moved to appropriate areas during the inspection.

Observation: Utensil or equipment not sanitized after cleaning in the Hobart machine.
Correction: Clean and sanitize all utensils and equipment before contact with food. A new container was added and fixed during the inspection.

Observation: A connection exists between the sewage system and ice machine drain. Currently an air break is present.
Correction: Design the system in a manner that would preclude a direct connection between the sewage system and ice machine drain. Remove the air break connection with a proper air gap. Correct By: 29-Feb-2016

Observation: Chlorox cleaner was observed stored over bread items and the preparation table in the kitchen. A container of deodarant was observed stored next to food ingredients and over the food preparation table located between the kitchen and dishwash areas.
Correction: Rearrange area so that toxic materials are stored below or away from food, equipment and single service items. Chemicals were moved during the inspection.

Observation: The consumer advisory is provided on the menu but is missing a symbol or asterisk next to it and each corresponding food item.

Observation: Non-food contact surfaces of the condensor unit in the walk-in cooler were observed soiled with dust and mildew. Inside the Frigidaire reach in cooler, the bottom shelf had food debri and a door shelf was observed with soiled cardboard.
Correction: Clean and remove dust, dirt, food residue, and other debris from all non-food contact surfaces of equipment. Ensure surfaces are smooth, non-absorbent, and easily cleanable in food areas. Correct By: 05-Feb-2016
- KITCHENWARE AND TABLEWARE - HANDLED TO PREVENT CONTAMINATION (corrected on site)
Observation: It was observed that eating utensils are stored near the ice machine where the food or lip contact surface could be contaminated. To-go containers were also observed with the food surface up on top of the Frigidaire reach in cooler.
Correction: Store utensils in a manner to avoid contamination to the food and lip contact surface. Utensils and to-go containers were inverted during the inspection.

Observation: Female bathroom is not provided with a covered waste receptacle.
