Observation: An air break exists between the sewage system and a drain from ice machine.
Correction: Design the sewage system in a manner that would preclude a direct connection between the sewage system and the drain from which food is placed. Provide a full air gap on the ice machine drain. Condensate from the cooling unit may discharge via air break, but ice melt water drain must have a full gap to protect the ice from potential contamination. The entire ice machine will likely need to be elevated on masonry blocks or other approved material in order to maintain downward slope in the drain and provide a full gap. Correct By: 30-Jan-2015

Observation: A ceiling tile over the Crosley chest freezer has been removed, exposing a wastewater pipe overhead. No active leaking observed from wastewater pipe.
Correction: Replace ceiling tile to intercept potential drips from wastewater pipe over chest freezer. Correct By: 17-Jan-2015
