An employee at a sampling station was observed blowing their nose, removing their gloves and donning new gloves without first washing their hands. An employee at a sampling station was observed using sanitizer in place of handwashing.
Packages of breakfast sausages on a front end cap were 45�°F.
The sprayer on the deli department preparation sink hung below the flood rim. The three-compartment sink in the sample staging room was directly drained and did not have a floor drain within 5 ft of the sink.
Containers of cooking substances under the preparation table in the bakery department were not labeled as to their contents.
The shelves under the cake decorating table in the bakery department were soiled with food debris.
The skewer washing sink in the raw room of the deli department was soiled with film and grime.
In the meat department the shut-off valve to the hose faucet was leaking.
