Green chili was 45�°F, eggs were 45�°F, and chicken was 45�°F in the cold-top refrigerator. Sour cream was 56�°F on the front counter. Peppers and onions, sautéed, were 61�°F on the kitchen counter.
Yogurt, cream pies, and milk were stored in a beverage reach-in refrigerator that was labeled for non-potentially hazardous prepackaged bottled drinks only.
The counter top by the toaster was chipped. The shelf around the flat top grill was lined with foil. The reach-in freezers shelves were lined with card board.
Single-use food storage containers were being re-used to house other foods.
The preparation sink faucet was leaking.
