An employee was observed using a common towel to wipe cutting boards.
The hand sink in the ware-washing room was blocked by several items stored in the hand sink basin.
Medical wound spray was stored next to food and food preparation surfaces.
A spray bottle containing water was not labeled as to it's contents. Packages of chicken cutlets were not labeled properly.
Boxes of food were stored on the ground in the walk-in refrigerator.
Bread cutting boards were deeply grooved and stained.
The door gasket on the standing refrigerator near the back door was torn.
Excessive ice build-up was present in the chest freezer near the front door.
The fan guards in the walk-in refrigerator were soiled with dust.
The three-compartment sink was soiled with grime.
The scoop in the large flour container had no handle.
The floor behind the deli counter was soiled with food and trash debris.
There were several pieces of unused equipment in the back storage area.
