Wanted to share some interesting data from NJMLS If you are looking at buying or selling, this could be a good year for you do so so. Affordability of housing is at an all time low since the 1970's!!! Contact me for more information.

Single Family Homes - Sales up 13.4%, Sold price -0.5%, Active listings down -23%

Condo/Townhomes - Sales up 17%, Sold price - 1.5%, active listings down -22%

So there is a lot less competition if you are thinking...

Get out of that tiny high rise condo!

If you are thinking of a move this spring,.... now is the time to be looking. Open houses are very busy. The buyers are out there! You should be looking too. So by the time the spring comes you will be ready to make your move. You will know what area you like and what house is a good deal and what is not.

There are great deals to be had if you are willing to brave the cold and go looking and then you will be ready for summer in your new home!

Blew it agin...

Posted 02-05-2013 at 06:50 PM by woodworkingmenace (History)

My Daughter got dumped by her Boyfriend a few days ago, and I made the mistake of sending him a message on FaceBook and 'wishing him well', and my Daughter found out and went baliistic on me!!!

I really had high hopes for the both of them, that he would be a good Son-in-Law, but, he rushed her, and she wasnt ready to move up to Youngstown, which is a good sixty miles away from here.

I dont know if there was a talk of a ring or anything, but, he did want her to move...
