I have noticed that every apartment i see has gas stoves. I don't mean to be incredibly stupid but, Do they have electric stoves. I'm used to paying water, trash and electric bills. I don't want a gas bill. Why isn't there any electric stove apartments?

Well.. where do I start? So much happens in a day, much less an entire week. I have an hour or so to type, I suppose.. Need to still get my home in order and pick up a rental car for tomorrow. (I'm driving down to Charleston, SC to visit a friend and go shooting) -- tell you more about that later. ...

So I have officially been living in Baltimore for 3 weeks. All I keep hearing is Why are you the ONLY one moving IN to Baltimore when everyone else is geeking to get out?

Right off the bat....because its affordable!

I have very strategic financial goals in mind and living in Baltimore helps me achieve those goals. Im entering into what I like to call the 2nd phase of my life. All 5 of my children are now adults and I am no longer bound by those parental restraints!...
