Light bulb under exhaust hood not shielded. Instructed to shield bulbs. Light not provided in electrical room. Instructed to install light fixture.
Thermometer not visible inside coolers. Instructed to have thermometers conspicuous inside all coolers.
Ice scoop not properly stored. Instructed to store in a sanitize holder or container.
Faucet not maintained at two compartment sink. Instructed to replace faucet or repair washer.

Exhaust vents(ventilation) in walk in cooler, kitchen prep areas, dining areas, bathroom need cleaning, exhaust canopy needs detailed cleaning.
Found food items not properly dated/labeled in walk in cooler, reach in coolers, and walk in freezer, must date and label food items in walk in cooler, reach in cooler and walk in freezer.
Walk in cooler shelving/racks that had peeling paint/rust shall be replaced/repaired, reach in cooler shelving had peeling paint, shall be repaired/replaced. Rear storage shelving that had rust/peeling paint shall be repaired/sealed.
Non food contact surfaces of walk in cooler shelving, reach in cooler shelving not clean need detailed cleaning(crevices). Non food contact surfaces of cooking equipment, prep table lower shelving need detailed cleaning(crevices).
Floors under heavy equipment, cooking equipment need detailed cleaning(corners), floors in walk in cooler, rear kitchen storage areas, and boiler room closet not clean need detailed cleaning.
Damaged/stained ceiling tiles(due to water damaged) in rear kitchen prep area shall be replaced, missing ceiling tiles in rear kitchen storage area shall be provided.
Broken/damaged light shields in kitchen prep area shall be replaced, missing light shields in rear storage are shall be provided, light shields in coolers, kitchen prep areas, and rear storage areas need cleaning.
