All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. Remove ice buildup from the walk-in cooler coil.
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. Clean and reseal the floors under the wok stove so they are smooth, sanitary and easy to maintain.
All parts of the food establishment and all parts of the property used in connection with the operation of the establishment shall be kept neat and clean and should not produce any offensive odors. Remove clutter from the rear of the store.
Store wiping cloths in sanitizing solution in between use.
All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair. Wash, rinse and sanitize the kitchen shelving and cooler interiors.

THE FLOOR OUTSIDE THE BASEMENT DOOR HAS A LARGE HOLE THAT IS A POSSIBLE RODENT HARBORAGE AND THE BASEBOARD UNDER THE MOP SINK HAS DAMAGED BASEBOARDS, REPAIR THE FLOOR AND BASEBOARDS. The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair.
THE WALLS NORTH OF THE WOKS HAS DIRTY FOOD BUILDUP, CLEAN THE WALL SO IT IS SMOOTH AND LIGHT COLORED. The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned.
A DIRTY LADLE AND OTHER UTENSILS ARE STORED ON A DIRTY PLASTIC TRAY. WASH, RINSE AND SANITIZE ALL OF THE FOOD DISPENSING UTENSILS AND EQUIPMENT UNTIL IT IS CLEAN, SANITARY AND MAINTAINED ON A DAILY BASIS. Containers and utensils shall be inverted, covered, or otherwise protected from contamination until used.

OVER 30 MOUSE DROPPINGS WERE FOUND IN THE BASEMENT ON NON FOOD SHELVES AND THE FLOOR. Remove all evidence of pest activity and clean up all areas of possible harborage.
