Containers and utensils shall be inverted, covered, or otherwise protected from contamination until used. All single-service drinking straws and containers shall be discarded immediately after use. FOUND CONTAINERS NOT STORED PROPERLY ON SHELVING UNITS.(MUST STORE INVERTED).
FOUND COUNTER AT REAR PREPARATION AREAS NOT WIPED DOWN.

The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned.MUST REPAIR /REPLACE BOTTOM WALL BASE COUVING AT WALK-IN COOLER ENTRANCE AND ALONG THE NORTH SIDE OF WALK-IN.
