HEAVY LEAK UNDER THE PIPE OF THE 3 COMPT SINK. INSTRUCTED TO REPAIR AND MAINTAIN.
NO SELF CLOSING DEVICE ON THE DOOR OF THE WASHROOM. MUST INSTALL SELF CLOSING DEVICE.
CRACKED FLOOR TILES IN FRONT OF THE 3 COMPT SINK AND IN FRONT OF THE 5 DOOR FREEZER. MUST REPLACE FLOOR TILES.PROVIDE MORE PALLETS TO STORE/ELEVATE STOCKS.
LOOSE RUBBER GASKET ON THE DOOR OF THE 5 DOOR FREEZER(2 OUT OF 5 DOOR). INSTRUCTED TO REPLACE/REPAIR RUBBER GASKET.RUSTED TOP /COVER OF THE GREASE TRAP BOX OF THE 3 COMPT SINK. MUST REMOVE RUST AND MAINTAIN.
MUST PROVEDE THERMOMETER IN SOME COOLER AND CHEST FREEZER AND MUST BE VISILE
