Light not working in toilet rooms. Instructed to repair and provide adequate light inside toilet facilitites.
Exhaust fan not working inside toilet rooms. Instructed to repair fans to properly vent.
Gaskets not maintained or cooler doors. Instructed to replace worn gaskets. Storage cabinet under soda dispenser not maintained. Instructed to repair or replace cabinet interior. Storage shelves rusted. Instructed to remove rust and apply non-toxic sealant.
Cooking equipment, sinks, coolers, storage shelves, prep tables/counters not cleaned. Instructed to detail clean and sanitize.
