The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. FLOORS AROUND MOP SINK, BEHIND COOLERS AT PREP AREA & IN WALK-IN COOLER, MUST BE FREE OF DEBRIS/DIRT/CLUTTER; & MUST BE KEPT DRY AT DISHROOM.
