All food establishments that prepare, sell, or store hot food shall have adequate hot food storage facilities. All food establishments that display, prepare, or store potentially hazardous food shall have adequate refrigerated food storage facilities. COOLERS MUST BE AT 40F OF BELOW.
Adequate and convenient hand washing facilities shall be provided for all employees. MUST PROVIDE SOAP AND HAND DRYING DEVICES FOR EXPOSED SINK AND HAND WASHING BOWLS IN WASHROOMS.
All necessary control measures shall be used to effectively minimize or eliminate the presence of rodents, roaches, and other vermin and insects on the premises of all food establishments, in food- transporting vehicles, and in vending machines. MUST CONTRACT A LICENSED PEST CONTROL AND PROVIDE LOG BOOK. ALSO MUST RODENT PROOFED ALL DOORS.
The area outside of the establishment used for the storage of garbage shall be clean at all times and shall not constitute a nuisance. MUST CLEAN OUTSIDE AREAS TO PREVENT PEST HARBORAGE.
When toilet and lavatory facilities are provided for the patrons of food establishments, such facilities shall be adequate in number, convenient, accessible, properly designed, and installed according to the municipal code. NO HOT WATER IN TWO OF THE WASHROOMS, MUST PROVIDE HOT WATER.
Containers and utensils shall be inverted, covered, or otherwise protected from contamination until used. All single-service drinking straws and containers shall be discarded immediately after use. CLEAN MULTI-USE UTENSILS MUST BE PROPERLY STORED ON STORAGE SHELVES IN KITCHEN.
All utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each usage. MUST CLEAN-SANITIZE; COOLERS, COOKING EQUIPMENT, GREASE TRAP UNDER 3PART SINK, CABINETS, MICROWAVE OVEN, EXPOSED SINK IN KITCHEN.
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. MUST SEAL FLOORS INSIDE UTILITY AND FURNACE ROOMS, AND CLEAN FLOORS THRU-OUT PREMISES.
The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. MUST SEAL OPENINGS ON WALLS AND CEILING IN UTILITY AND FURNACE ROOMS TO PREVENT PEST ENTRY. MUST PAINT WALLS, REPLACE BASE BOARDS AND REPLACE DAMAGED AND MISSING CEILING PANELS SAME ROOMS AND INFANT AND NURSING ROOMS CLOSETS.
